Actresses of the Week
It really saddens me that many of you don't know who Cary Grant is. He is won of the best and most accomplished actors in history. This week's actresses are Katharine and Audrey Hepburn. Now, please do not tell me that you have not heard of at least one of them. If you haven't you have no knowledge of movies what-so ever. The have the same last name but are in no way related. They some of the most successful actresses of all time. And yes, they are ten million times a better actress than Miley Cirus.

Actor/ Actress of the Week
Cary Grant (1904-1986) is one of the most acclaimed actors in American film. He has stared in 73 movies and was nominated for two Oscars. He did not win any Academy Awards but a few of his films were recognized and given an award. I'm putting up an actor/actress of the week. I'll give some background info on them and you can vote on whether you like them or not. If you have anybody who you would like to nominate for the actor/actress of the week just let me know.

What is your favorite type of movie?
Do you guys like comedy, drama, action, horror, science fiction, romantic comedy or other? Personally I like comedy and action, and if there's a combination of both that's even better. I particularly like when mystery is involved. Horror and science fiction don't work with me. Romantic comedy usually ends up being just okay and sometimes a waste of time. On the off occasion it can be good. What do you think?

Some Good Movies
Hey guys! If you have any movie suggestions old or new, please make a comment on them. Pick one of your favorite movies. Also just because a movie hasn't won an Oscar doesn't mean that it is not a spectacular movie. For example, Bambi, Beauty and the Beast, and Dumbo were on the New York Time's Best 1000 Movies list. However, much to my amazement, The Lion King was not on there. It is one of my favorite movies of all time and I was appalled that it was not on there. Those New York Times people don't know their movies.

Heath Ledger
As some of you might have known Heath Ledger, who passed away January 22,2008, was nominated for Most Outstanding Supporting Actor. This Oscar nomination was for his role in the Dark Knight, where he played a joker whose objective was to cause havoc and chaos to everyone he met. I saw The Dark Knight and I thought Heath Ledger's performance was so dazzling that he really did deserve both and nomination and award.

Black and White vs. Color
Who thinks that black and white movies are better or worse than color. Why? I personally think that the color or lack of color does not make a difference when I choose the movies that I like.
